- Mi provides free services under warranty only for manufacturing defects.
- You need to produce proof of purchase of warranty card to avail the free service under warranty time.
- Broken Mi products are not covered under warranty.
- If product seal is broken or product is repaired at unauthorised service center then the warranty will be void.
- Mi doesn’t cover liquid, fire and jerk damage under warranty.

I bought a MI TV through FLIP CART in the year 2018 September. The TV developed display problem and we registered a complaint for service . The biggest problem is authentication in service is what I understand . We booked the complaint and the service.number is18001036286 . They registered and told we will be called by a Technical support team . We RECIEVED a call too and they asked us to reset , which we did and it picked up . Two days it was ok again we has a similar problem . Then approached them , they told you will get an technical person .The person even before inspection told the display panel is gone . It will cost Rs 35000/ . Now the doubt is whether the person they send us their real service personal or they share details to locals .They also collected Rs 250 as visiting charge . The total way of dealing puts us in doubt . This is to be clarified by MI .
