But there are certain requirements to complete for your product to claim the Mi product warranty. You can get replaced your product spare parts if you fulfil below mentioned things:
- Mi product is under warranty.
- Mi product is not physically damaged.
- Mi product is not damaged due to any liquid or water.
- You have valid proof of warranty or product invoice with you in hard or soft copy.
- Your product spare parts has stopped working due to manufacturing defect.
When to pay for Mi spare parts
You may have to pay for spare parts at Mi service center if your product doesn’t fulfil Mi warranty claim criteria. You may have to pay for Mi spare parts for the following reasons:
- You product standard manufacturing warranty is over.
- You have not extended your Mi product warranty before its last date.
- Your product is under warranty but physically damaged.

Labor charge for Out of warranty product
Labor charges will not be levied at the time of product repair by Mi service center executive if your product is under warranty.
If your product doesn’t fulfill warranty terms & condition then you have to pay for spare parts changed.
Labor charges for out of warrant product can be found in the table given below:
