    • Update youtube & chrome to latest version and also update your mobile to latest version. If problem persist try to factory reset your mobile. Make sure to take complete backup of your mobile before reset.
      If problem still persist then visit the service center.

    • this i a worst quality mobile…My phone after repair again and again same issues.they are not able to sort out.

      better chaep mobiles also work good atleast 5 years.this mobile not worked for 2 months also.

      Still i am struggling daily with the same issues.

  4. i bought xiaomi 11 T pro 12/256 gb in march 2022 under in warranty right now this mobile have big issue in when i was charging completely mobile heavy heating & until when is not cool cannot used this smart phone right now this Phone is shot or Any other issue not turn on & no showing display.

    this phone have my attendance log in OR out pls give me the Exchange other SAME phone THIS phone coast in Indian 44000/ thousand .

    MI ID 5210948943

    From last week I am facing problem in my mi water purifier.I raised the complain via customer care service support complain reference number(WOIN20220909000127) on 09-09-2022.one of the person as came and requested That the purifier is not working kindly change new one it will work as requested.i also ordered in our ,MI stores (PPC and PAC).I as been changed .as your guidance.But issue has been not resolved.water has not coming.after 3 minutes automatically mi water purifier gets OFF.from the sunday i am contacting customer care service support tillno ne as came i have been called number of timer.

    Actually problem as been not shorted properly i has been spend suddenly 2298 rupees for the purifier (PPC &PAV)
    AND also i payed the service charge RS 300.Any how till issue has been not resolved i am suffered lot with MI care and service not giving the proper response.

    please kindly send the GOOD TECHNIC PERSON

    Kid’s and aged persons are there in my home kindly do need full to me

  6. I’m Pradeep from Faridabad, I’m long-term customer of MI.

    Have used different products from mobile phones to laptops.

    Impressed by your product quality and service support. Recently, I decided to purchase a new laptop for work on 22 November 2022.

    Unfortunately, within 1 month of purchasing laptop having issues.

    The display is not working properly, it’s flickering.

    Regarding the issue, I reached to MI service support center, in NIT Faridabad.

    It’s really sad to inform you, there is no proper customer support and not listening to the issue.

    I’m looking forward to the resolution of the issue as soon as possible.

    I’m attaching, screenshots of the screen issue and the bill for mentioned product.

  7. Recently my back camera facing some issue then I go to mi service center under the warranty period then solved this problem delay maximum 1 month but till now the mobile in the care .

  8. I purchased redmi 12 5g on 14-01-24 at Ramanathapuram vasanth and co showroom .
    While using the mobile, it was observed that battery was getting drained faster. So I went to Vasanth and co showroom on 14.01.24 evening to return the mobile and they directed me to Redmi service center. As instructed, I have handed over the mobile to service center. Further the service center have shared more than 10 screen records to technical team and Now after 5 days, I have received a call from service center stating that mobile is working fine. This is not at all acceptable.
